How can you place an Order?

We ship all over India, in most of the PIN Code, all products above 2kg (Vol weight or product weight) are despatched by surface logistics like Fedex and Delhivery, if they have serviceable pin codes you can get the order

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above Rs500/-. A flat Rs. 100 charge is applied to all Cash On Delivery orders and Prepaid orders below Rs. 500/-.

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How do I check the status of my order?

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments. What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated dispatch time of each product is generally 48 hours and delivery lead time for air shipments is 3 days and for surface shipments 7-10 days under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.


What is Nechams Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation before shipment (valid only on orders’ place & delivery in India) If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team by whatsapp 7603081790 between 9AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel your order post shipment, it will take 7 business days for the cancellation process to complete.

Are all products applicable for cancellation ?

Please check the Shipping & Returns tab on the main product page for applicability. The policies of all products are different. For any clarifications on any policies please contact our support team

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation after the shipment has already been dispatched, we process the refund only when the products are received and verified by our warehouse; this may take up to 7 business days.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7-8 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take an additional 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account as per your bank’s requirements



How do I return an item purchased on ?

Nechams we offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Step 1: In the Support section, through your Profile, enter requisite details- Name, registered Phone no., registered Email address, Query Type, Issue Type (wherever asked), add Description (accordingly), and submit. Send a Whatsapp to 7603081790 A prompt showing your Ticket No. will appear on your screen and a mail with the same information will be Emailed to your registered address.

Step 2: The products will be picked up within 4-5 business days. A refund or replacement will be initiated, only after we receive the package. Please note, refunds/replacement will be initiated only if the products are in appropriate* conditions.

For all communication against raised tickets, please check your registered email IDs.

*Inappropriate product conditions are as below:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Returned without proper safety packaging
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 10 days of order delivery
  • Free product or promotional gifts (Freebies) are used or missing

What all categories are not eligible for return/exchange?

Products under Hygiene and Personal care be returned keeping in mind hygiene issues.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via whatsapp only (7603081790) within 2 business days of receiving the order. The window for this will open when our delivery partners mark the orders “delivered”. Delayed queries will not be encouraged on the account of the package being opened late.

Step 2: Share images and videos (JPEG only) with us along with your order details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Our team will assist you as per the policy in which your order was placed.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 4-5 business days. If the returned products are received in appropriate aforementioned conditions, refund or replacement as requested will be initiated.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will suggest you to select a product from the same category for which options will be shared by our team.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A partial return can be created of the whole order depending on their individual return policies, thereby seeking replacement/ refund. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

Please note, Nechams initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Nechams warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Nechams may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

After the refund has been initiated by Nechams as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

What is Nechams Warranty Policy ?

We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty is valid for upto three months from the date of purchase. / Warranty timeline of each category and product may vary and is written on the respective product page under the Warranty tab.

What is covered under warranty?

Any and all manufacturing defects in production pertaining to materials or workmanship. Such defects include issues related to bonding, stitching, material or components failure and workmanship. This guarantee applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed.

What is not covered under warranty ?

Nechams warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification to a Nechams item. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.

We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including intentional damage to products, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products).

How to file a warranty claim?

If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, you can submit your warranty claim. To file a warranty claim, raise a ticket for that product in whatsapp (7603081790) and our team will further assist you with the procedures. We will try our best to provide you with a suitable resolution as per the criteria.
